Dear Executives,

Effective October 1, 2014, executives travelling on office business, both local and foregn, are advised to use their personal credit cards and have their eligible expenses reimbursed once they return to home base. Reimbursement of travel expeneses will be processed by Finance within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of complete documents. We are implementing this guideline to properly manage our cash flow and eliminate the tedious reconciling process caused by untimely liquidation of advances.

As such, Finance shall no longer process requests for travel cash advance beginning October 1, 2014.

For those who do not have credit cards or those who do not want to use their personal credit cards, we can assist you in applying with Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI). We have requested BPI to se3t up a booth at the 19th Floor TGT beside the BPI branch on Friday, September 12 from 8L00am to 5:00pm, to accept and process credit card applications of TGT-based executives. For executives based in the provinces, you may accomplish the attached credit card information sheet and send via e-mail to BPI’s head office through either one:
