Outstanding Achievement in Wonderful Service


We look at Wonderful Service given by a Ka-Globe to internal and external customers, which consistently reflect Service Principles ACT, ENGAGE, and CARE. This is further supported by evidences from Kudos and iCSAT.


  • Must be a regular employee, with a minimum tenure of 1 year as of Dec 31, 2015
  • Minimum performance rating as a “Strong Contributor” for 2015
  • No Code of Conduct violations including Notice to Explain (NTE) from full year 2015 to May 20, 2016
  • *Committee serves the right to disqualify nominations due to non compliance to eligibility requirements at any time prior to awards night
