Why do we need it?
Benchmarking performance can show areas of improvement. Each one of us must do our best, so we can individually contribute towards making Globe stronger than ever.
How is it measured?
Your performance is based on the Whats (Business Objectives) and the Hows (Behavioral Objectives) of your KPI.
Everything starts with Performance Planning, and ends with the Employee Evaluation. For People Managers, they are expected to uphold managerial accountability, by practicing Everyday Leadership (Daily Kamustahan, Goal Setting, Giving Feedback, etc) and guiding their one-downs.
